I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service skills of the staff were above expectation. They were friendly, helpful, and delivered services with smiles. The room was spacious and spotless clean, making it really comfortable for a family stay. The hotel's strategic location in the middle of town was convenient, as it was adjacent to ATM machines and restaurants. The free parking provided to customers was a great bonus. Additionally, the hotel offered WiFi in the room, which was a helpful amenity. this hotel was a great value for money, with modern facilities and a comfortable bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The family room comfortably accommodated the four of us. The room was super clean and spacious with basic amenities. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the hi-tech entertainment options with a smart TV and access to Netflix. The location was perfect, being adjacent to ATM and restaurants, near Chinatown, and within walking distance of everything, including many restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were all polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. They were quick to help when I requested to change bed sheets. The location is great, right in the city centre and near to restaurants and Chinatown. It's also really near to the tourist attractions in this city. The room, especially the Premier King, was spacious and clean. The number of lights in the room was impressive, and the bedside lights next to the bed were very useful. The hotel facilities, including the powerful air conditioning and ceiling fan, were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast was superb. I was highly satisfied with my stay.
