The hotel is within a great location, right near the historic area. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great.

We had an outstanding stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a large and wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The hotel's location was great, with everything in walking distance. There were also free shuttle services available to the touristic area. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a 24-hour restaurant nearby. the hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the best restaurants in the area made it even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff here were all friendly, helpful, and professional, without exception. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a great location, so close to the historic district that we were able to walk to everything we needed on this trip. It was even within walking distance to the pickup point for the Christmas Lights tour. Additionally, the hotel was at the edge of the historical district and walkable to one of the best restaurants in the city. We were also relatively close to The Castillo and Old Town. the hotel facilities and staff were excellent, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
