The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of popular attractions. The hotel staff was helpful and provided outstanding service. The personalized touches, such as the Birthday treat and anniversary surprise, made the stay special.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and all the bars and restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that were well appointed. The staff, especially the concierge, were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in this city. As a bonus, as a Presidents Club Member, I received a surprise gift of athletic gear. It was a nice touch!

It was also close to Pike Place, China Town, and the waterfront. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast was perfect.
