The hotel facilities were incredible with a private beach and two huge pools with cabanas and a DJ. The staff, including Francisco, JC, Eli, Hugo, Paco. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options.

The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the pool and beach area, which were pristine and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with rooms being cleaned daily to perfection. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also had the opportunity to try some amazing drinks made by the talented bartender at the "Italian" restaurant. Special mention goes to Isaac Vazquez, the manager of Olios, who made my dining experience extra special. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
We had an amazing stay at this luxury resort. The serenity level room was outstanding and allowed us to relax in comfort. The staff, especially Gaby, went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, arranging reservations and even decorating the room. The oceanfront view from our huge balcony in building 4 was breathtaking, and the private pool added to our privacy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with private areas and restaurants reserved for serenity suites. The pool service was excellent, and the 4th of July celebration was the best we've ever had.

I had a fantastic stay at this adults-only resort. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the great food, and the friendly staff. The hotel was so neat and clean, and the rooms were cleaned early every day. The food was delicious, especially at the Mexican steakhouse and the buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the waiters at the restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with 24-hour room service and pools. The location was perfect, with a short ride from the airport and a quick taxi into town. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
