From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff, especially Alfread who made the check-in process pleasant. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and clean room to the excellent room service. The location of the hotel was ideal, being near WAFI Mall and easily accessible to public transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Everything was fantastic.
The hotel exudes a sense of freshness and cleanliness from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The staff members were incredibly polite and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location is convenient, with a short walk to the nearby metro station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the Eve bar on the 34th floor. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff in the restaurant on the 32nd floor went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-equipped, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the rooftop Eve Bar with its stunning views of the city. The DJane played great house music and created a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I want to give a special shoutout to Hosam for generously upgrading us upon arrival. The breakfast at Market 24 was delicious, with a wide variety of options including coffee, smoothies, sweets, and egg dishes. Lastly, I highly recommend trying out the spa - it's definitely worth it!
Cannot find any fault.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a smooth check-in process. The hotel facilities were great, offering a nice lounge for early check-ins and a stunning view of the city and creek. The location was perfect for relaxation, away from the crowded parts of the city, but still within a 15-minute drive to major attractions. The staff was amazing, friendly, and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
