I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Sylvia, made the check-in process a breeze and very pleasant after my long travels for a work conference. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Chicago Loop, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was top-notch. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and cozy room. the staff, location, and cleanliness were the best aspects of my stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the financial district. The room was large and clean, and the bathroom was enormous and luxurious. The hotel facilities were beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. The location was convenient, with easy access to bus pickup locations and the trains.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, conveniently close to major tourist attractions. The staff were amazing, friendly, and accommodating from check-in to the bar staff. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. The gym was well-equipped and the indoor pool was awesome.
