The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. From the doormen to the restaurant manager and the concierge, everyone treated us with exceptional service. The room had a beautiful view, just like in the pictures, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with luxurious amenities. The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the city and connected to a nearby mall.

We had the best experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Aneta, who was warm and professional throughout the check-in process. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning restaurant and a very cool hidden bar called The Office. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but away from the chaos of Times Square. We loved being able to walk to the Time Warner Center shops and explore the nearby 5th Avenue for shopping. The staff was attentive and helpful, making us feel like royalty during our stay.

We had the best experience at this hotel! The staff was amazing, always helpful, respectful, and jolly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and well-appointed, and the view of the park and Columbus Circle was beautiful. The location was perfect, just in front of Columbus Circle and next to the Lincoln Center. We found it convenient to explore the city, with easy access to transportation and close to everything this city has to offer.

The room had an amazing view, just like the picture, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a great selection of soaps and bath salts. The complimentary daily treats, including dates, fruits, and coffee, were a nice touch. The location was perfect, right in the middle of midtown and connected to a nearby mall.
