I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. My room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym which had a good variety of equipment. The location was perfect, being close to everything but still quiet. The hotel also provided complimentary cava and chocolates on my first night, which was a nice touch.

We also loved the hotel's proximity to the main shopping districts and tourist attractions of this city. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was amazing, offering the most incredible beehive honey.

The hotel's location was superb, just one street away from the main high-end shopping area and a quick 5-minute walk to the main square. It was also conveniently close to several attractions, including the Sagrada Família, La Rambla, and metro stops. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff, especially Marc, was extremely apologetic and attentive to our needs. I was also delighted by the friendly and helpful front desk staff and doormen. Breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location for those exploring on foot/public transport. The hotel was close to Las Ramblas, many delicious restaurants, and the metro. Additionally, it was close to the Passieg de Gracias which is a little less touristy than La Ramblas but contains lots of shops, restaurants, and many of Gaudi's works. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
