The staff at this hotel is simply amazing. From the valet guys and bellmen to the morning server, Chris, everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs. They even remembered who I was and my favorite drink. The hotel itself was immaculate, with spacious rooms and great amenities like a balcony with stunning views over the sea. The location on the beach was perfect, and there was complimentary coffee available in the morning. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location were the best aspects of my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs. From Maggie's genuine hospitality to Scott's personable nature, they made us feel welcomed and remembered our favorite drinks. The valet guys and bellmen were also amazing. Ruben, the guy in charge of the service at the beach, provided excellent assistance. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore this city. We couldn't stop boasting about the staff to our friends.
Not one thing.
I loved the stunning view from my room and my husband couldn't get enough of the delicious cold salmon plate for breakfast. The service at the hotel was exceptional, from the friendly staff who promptly brought ice to the attentive employees who took care of our cars. The attention to detail and professionalism of the staff, from the front desk to room service, was impeccable. The hotel's location right on the beach, near restaurants and with a great balcony, made it even more convenient. The concierge was also excellent, proving helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing that I didn't like.
I had an incredible stay with all the amenities I could ask for. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and all the facilities I needed, including an iPhone/iPad dock, coffee machine, TV, and room safe. The hotel gym was also great. The staff truly made my experience unforgettable. From the attentive bell hops to Jen at the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They remembered my name and always wished me a great day or night. The valet even gave me a recommendation for a bike ride to a local diner. The hotel location was perfect, right on the beach with beach umbrellas and chairs provided by the beach staff. The seawater was incredibly clear, and the beach team even provided bottled water.
