The staff was amazing, always friendly, helpful, and full of amazing energy. The location was perfect, right in downtown next to LA Live and the Staples Center. The room had a spectacular view of the city, including the Staples Center, and was very spacious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fitness room and a heated rooftop pool. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options within walking distance.

We loved the spacious and nicely decorated rooms, with a stunning view of the Staple Center and the entire city of LA. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness room and a comfortably heated rooftop pool. The location was perfect for us, as there were plenty of dining options and shopping within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of being near the Grammys Museum and the Staples Center.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ritz location. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and comfortable room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area and next door to the Staples Center. We were lucky to be there during the World Series, which added to the excitement. Additionally, transportation options were readily available, making it convenient to explore this city. we were impressed with the hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and the friendly staff.
