The staff was accommodating and the dinner choices were good. The property was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel had two huge pools with swim-up bars, one even had a grill serving delicious shrimp tacos. The location was great, with excellent beach access. The all-inclusive option was a good deal, and they offered a free shuttle to dining facilities away from the resort. The beach service was fantastic, with food and drink brought right to you. The spa was also wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the hotel constantly being cleaned and maintained throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful pool area which was second to none. The location was also convenient, being close to the airport and offering easy transportation options. We took advantage of this by visiting two cenotes for snorkeling, one of which we had the opportunity to explore as previous guests of another Royal location. Additionally, the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a wide range of options and an egg station. But what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff, particularly our concierge Alice who was incredibly patient, kind, and always friendly with a smile. She assisted us with our questions and made dinner reservations for us, ensuring we had the best experience possible.
All was perfect.
The location on the beautiful beaches of Cancun was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms that were serviced twice a day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like I was truly on a holiday. Transportation was convenient, with shuttle services to other Royal Resorts and the option to take taxis or public transportation. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I loved that I had the option to order from the menu at the buffet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a great pool area and easy beach access. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the blue sea and white sand. I also appreciated the option to dine at other restaurants within the all-inclusive package. I couldn't fault this hotel on anything.
