The room was big size!
I appreciated that place, the balcony was large. Good beds, a safe, a balcony and a Nespresso coffee machine were a nice touch. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. Lake Buena Vista district was worth visiting.
The room was new-fashioned, the cigar bar was amazing. The staff was outstanding, they showed us what flawless service is supposed to be like. We thoroughly enjoyed that the bus shuttle was provided.
We greatly enjoyed the hotel, savoury breakfast.
Staff was really friendly, fantastic location in a fairly nice area. Exceptionally comfortable bed, balcony and hairdryer, separate room. The staff did all they can for a very positive stay. Wonderful facilities and the pool was brilliant. Fairly clean and convenient hotel in Lake Buena Vista district. 20 minutes on foot and you're near the bus stop.
