We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with all the amenities we could ask for. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fabulous swimming pool with breathtaking views. The location was perfect, close to the train station and easy to get to key places of interest. The staff, including Aisha, Yuka, Yumiko, Tomoko, Shinohara. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and wellbeing during an urgent situation. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided attentive and responsive service.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impeccable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation in Shiodome. The breakfast included in our rate was one of the best we've had, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Paweena the Front Office Manager and her team. They even surprised us with welcome champagne and a celebration cake. We also enjoyed the fantastic view from our room of the Hama-Rikyu Teien gardens and harbor area.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great city view from the 35th floor. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a buffet-style breakfast with a diverse selection of food. The staff, such as Aisha, Yuka, Yumiko, and others. The hotel's location was convenient, situated in the business district but close to Tokyo Bay, Hamarikyu Gardens, Shiodome, and Ginza. Additionally, transportation options were easily accessible.
