I had an incredible stay at this hotel with its stunning beachfront location. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the comfortable swimming pools to the variety of restaurants with excellent food. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Moises at the Isla Blanca restaurant who provided exceptional service. Additionally, the commitment to cleanliness was evident, with thorough sanitization measures in place throughout the hotel.

We loved lounging on the beautiful beach, enjoying the crystal-clear waters and soft sand. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. I particularly want to highlight the attentive and kind service provided by Moises, the waiter at the Isla Blanca restaurant. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a grand variety of restaurants that served excellent food. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with measures in place to ensure sanitization, even sanitizing shoes upon entering any building.
