The hotel had a beautiful atrium view with a stunning waterfall and fish, which my kids absolutely loved. The pool with basketball hoops was a hit, and the bar team at the pool provided excellent service. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was always clean thanks to the efficient housekeeping staff. I appreciated that the hotel had two outstanding pools and that the wave flow rider instructor, John, took the time to provide proper instructions. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to return myself.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with great pools and beautiful grounds featuring waterfalls and koi ponds. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to employee areas and provided easy access to the sports bar for dinner.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with breathtaking decor throughout the entire property. Cleanliness was impeccable, which is always a priority for us. The staff, from check-in to spa services, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The spa experience was outstanding, and our therapist Marie was one of the best we've ever had. a great experience.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The flowrider surf attraction was a highlight for us. The instructors were patient and helped us have an incredible experience. The hotel grounds were immaculately maintained and featured animal life exhibits, adding a unique touch. With a variety of restaurant options and a relaxing pool area, there was something for everyone. Additionally, the hotel's location in relation to the parks and O-town was perfect, making it convenient for us to explore the city.
